The Move-In - Move-Out Cleaning package caters to clients who want to thoroughly clean and sanitize their empty house, apartment, condos, or Airbnb before moving in or after moving out. For apartments, condos, or Airbnb, we often liaise with property managers to determine the necessary cleaning standards. Learn more about what our move-in/move-out cleaning service includes:

- High Dusting up to 3-step ladder
- Windows interior only (not outside for any reason)
- Dust tops of drapes or valances (if applicable)
- Wet wipe ceiling fans (if accessible), and vents
- Wet wipe hanging light fixtures (chandeliers excluded)
- Wet-wipe doors, door frames, doorknobs, and light switch plates
- Clean mirrors, glass in picture frames, and any other glass surfaces
- Vacuum and sanitize hard surface floors
