Standard Recurring Cleaning Program (Bi-weekly, Weekly)
The Standard Recurring Cleaning Program is designed for homeowners, home renters, Airbnb renters who want to maintain the cleanliness of their premises on a regular basis, i.e. weekly or bi-weekly.
This package falls somewhere between the Exclusive Recurring Cleaning Program and Touch-up Services available after an initial deep cleaning by our professional technicians.
The Standard Recurring Cleaning Program is not available to those who wish to maintain their space on a monthly basis.
Deep Cleaning All Rooms
- High Dusting up to 3-step ladder
- Windows interior only (not outside for any reason)
- Dust tops of drapes or valances (if applicable)
- Wet wipe ceiling fans (if accessible), and vents
- Wet wipe hanging light fixtures (chandeliers excluded)
- Wet-wipe doors, door frames, doorknobs, and light switch plates
- Clean mirrors, glass in picture frames, and any other glass surfaces
- Vacuum and sanitize hard surface floors
- Remove cobwebs
- Clean baseboards
Kitchen
- Everything in all rooms
- Clean backsplash, stove top, stove grates and broiling drawer
- Clean and sanitize microwave inside, outside & underneath
- Clean and sanitize counters
- Clean stove hood (exterior only)
